At First & Last Restoration, we believe in conducting business with morality, professionalism, excellence, and timeliness. When searching for office sanitizing services, we believe that every office deserves an outstanding office disinfection service, right here in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC regions.
As you know, it is imperative to keep your office safe for clients and employees. Inaction during this pandemic could lead to a local outbreak that continues to hurt our economy and communities. After offices used our disinfecting services and displayed our “Serviced By” sticker on their front doors, 80% of our clients have reported back to us an increase in foot traffic.
Using specialist products and insider techniques, we’ll clean and disinfect your office promptly. We provide single, weekly, and bi-weekly office sanitizing services throughout the DMV region. Some of our clients include:
Our proven spray application disperses a safe, human-friendly, animal-friendly, plant and environmentally-friendly disinfectant in any environment and eliminates bacteria, viruses, microbes, mold and more.
Pathogenic microbes such as virus, fungi and pathogenic bacteria are the main cause of airborne or direct contact diseases affecting humans. Studies show the application of disinfectants and biocides via fogging exponentially reduce the number of viable infectious pathogens. Foggers produce micro droplets that float in the air for around 10 minutes after application, reaching the most inaccessible parts where conventional cleaning or spraying can’t reach.
Our office sanitizing services use an EPA tested and proven ULV Spray System has 100% coverage and kills 99.9% of the bacteria, germs, and virus found around your business.
We assisted one commercial property with a total of 30 employees and patients with the COVID-19 virus. After our initial consultation and sanitation, we provided additional support 3 days a week for one month. Over the course of one month, we were able to take their contaminations from thirty people down to ZERO cases.
With the right team and the right tools, our office sanitizing services will help you keep your office safe as we all weather this storm together.
The technology that we use in the field is called ULV fogging or Ultra Low Volume Fogging. This procedure of disinfecting breaks our disinfectants down at the molecular level to allow for the deepest penetration of both hard and soft surfaces. What that means, is that any exposed surface within your space will be thoroughly disinfected. This process of fogging will also target potentially harmful airborne pathogens within your environment that would otherwise be missed by traditional cleaning practices. Before the fogging process begins our certified technicians will assess and determine High Risk Touch surfaces (countertops, handles, light switches, keyboards, thermostats, phones etc…) and disinfect those areas by hand with a medical grade disinfectant.
All of our disinfectants are EPA registered and approved as ECO-FRIENDLY and proven effective against SARS-CoV-2 (EPA N list). This means that after we disinfect your office, there is no need to wipe any surfaces down behind. Once the fog has dissipated and surfaces have dried, your microbial environment has been reset and you are safe to enter.
Please make your office as maneuverable as possible for our technicians, clear pathways and doors and remove any loose papers from surfaces. Also, please put away or cover any open food items i.e. fruits and breads.
This all depends on the size and layout of your space. For reference, the typical single-family home will take 30-45 minutes to disinfect from top to bottom.
Yes, during the fogging process we ask that you and employees leave the office.
Yes, our disinfectants are registered on EPA’s List N, which is a list of products that have been proven effective against coronavirus. Our products are non-abrasive/non-corrosive and eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, fungus and mold.
The products we use in the field are determined by the setting and environment. We are happy to share our MSDS upon request.
For high traffic businesses, we recommend weekly service. Weekly service will help to curb the build-up of infectious particles. By consistently slowing the buildup of contamination, you are lowering the risk of that virus or bacteria spreading. For homes we recommend bi-weekly service, this will help control the microbial activity in office home and provide protections from visitors outside of your bubble.
